Shipping policy
Coverage
LUCSUM ships India-wide to serviceable pin codes. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed.
Delivery
After dispatch, standard delivery across India is typically 3–7 business days. Metro cities are usually at the shorter end; remote pin codes may take longer. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping charges
Our Standard shipping rates for India:
- Standard shipping: ₹20
- Free Standard shipping on orders of ₹1,000 or more (order total in INR)
The exact shipping amount for your order is calculated and shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD may be available at checkout for eligible pincodes in India. Select COD during checkout to confirm availability for your address.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email (and SMS where available) with a tracking link. You can also use our Track Order page or sign in to your account.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately at support@lucsum.com if you need to correct an address before dispatch.
Lost or damaged shipments
Damaged or wrong item: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Parcel not arrived: contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
